their friends, and their constant misadventures!

NOW, A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THIS PAGE (AND SOME BACKSTORY, TOO!)

I created H&O when I was 9 years old, back in ~2007/2008, and have been drawing it off and on since then. It was inspired by cartoons like Spongebob Squarepants, the Captain Underpants books, and classic comic strips like Garfield and Calvin and Hobbes. The characters themselves were originally based off of Webkinz plush toys, and the comic portrayed the stories that my friends and I would create when we played with them. Though I had begun dabbling in comics previously, H&O was the one I ended up really resonating with. These characters and I grew up alongside one another, and they still mean so much to me.

This page is not truly meant to be a conventional webcomic, so much as it is an ever-updating archive and showcase of the comic in all its iterations, starting from the very beginning. I've done my best to go through and catalogue every physical H&O comic that I've kept, though there are some—both traditional and digital—that have simply been lost to time. This is an almost 2-decade-old project, after all!
